We will send you a set of transaction instructions at the close of our auction, by email, after all of our auctions for that day have ended. We have never failed to send this message. We do not use eBay's email forwarding system or Check-Out to handle our contact chores, nor will we respond to 'requests for payment info' sent through eBay's system.  Most contact problems can be alleviated by the following:


1. Place our email address on your 'friends' list. You may not receive our instructions if you spam-block our message.

2. Check your inbox or your spam folder. If you are expecting contact from us, that is where you will find it.

3. Check your firewall. We cannot control the method by which you protect your computer, nor are we responsible to find a way to circumvent the fortress you build to protect your computer.

4. Save the message we sent you until you have effected payment. All the information necessary to complete a transaction with us is contained within this message.

5. Our messages will be sent to the email address you registered with eBay. Failure to maintain current contact info is a violation of eBay's terms of service. Please do not ask us to ignore this policy.

6. We may, at our discretion, send a reminder to those who have not opened and read our message after seven days. Our email tracking system will indicate whether you have read our message. For those who have opened and read our message but failed to respond, this reminder may be in the form of an Unpaid Item Dispute.

Because is has become necessary, I am posting eBays' policy on invalid email addresses and spam blocking:
